Dale A. Tice, Esquire, is an attorney with Marshall, Parker & Associates law office where he serves a lead attorney for the firm’s Gas Planning Group.  His practice is limited to oil and gas law, estate planning and elder law. Mr. Tice received his law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where was awarded the William H. Dodd Award to the graduate who best exemplifies the highest ideals of the legal profession. Mr. Tice speaks frequently to groups of landowners, attorneys and other professionals on the subject of oil and gas law and representing landowners in leasing and estate planning matters. Attorney Tice has presented numerous public education seminars for the Penn State Cooperative Extension on gas leasing and related planning and regularly serves on the faculty of lawyer education programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Tammy A. Weber, Esquire, CELA, is a native of Muncy, Pennsylvania. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College and received her law degree from Temple University. Attorney Weber is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She was a federal judicial law clerk for the Honorable Louis C. Bechtle, Federal District Judge, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Attorney Weber previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she was involved with major federal investigations and prosecutions. While in this position, she was the recipient of the Department of Health & Human Services Inspector General's Integrity Award for the investigation and criminal conviction of the first Medicare money laundering seizure case in the country. Attorney Weber has also served as an adjunct professor at Saint Joseph's University Graduate Criminal Justice Program where she designed and taught a course on Law and Social Policy. For several years, Attorney Weber sat on the editorial board of the Legal Intelligencer, Philadelphia's legal newspaper. Kevin R. Grebas, Esquire, CELA, a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Scranton and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Matthew J. Parker, Esquire, CELA, is a principal of Marshall, Parker & Associates, LLC. Attorney Parker is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his JD from the Dickinson School of Law in 1995. Brenda D. Colbert, Esquire, CELA, LL.M, is a 1990 graduate of Mansfield University where she received a degree in Social Work. After working for several years as a social worker in nursing facilities she went on to law school, graduating magna cum laude from the Touro College Law Center. Ms. Colbert then proceeded to the University of Miami School of Law where she received an advanced legal degree (LLM) in Estate Planning. Since 2002, Attorney Colbert has been practicing law as an elder law and estate planning attorney in Wilkes-Barre and Scranton. Attorney Colbert is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She and her husband, Mark, a teacher, reside in Moosic. Jody A. Lose is a Planning Specialist at Marshall, Parker & Associates. She assists Attorney Tice in the review of gas leases and preparation of addenda. Jody also works closely with clients and their families to develop a long term estate plan which can protect the assets and future generations of landowners. Karen L. Griswold is a Planning Specialist at Marshall, Parker & Associates. She holds an Associates Degree and since 1987 Karen has played an integral part in creating and overseeing various departments at the firm including the Estate Planning and Technology and Information Resources Departments. She now serves as the Manager of the Life-Time Planning Department, overseeing a staff of nine located in four offices in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Karen assists seniors and their families with long-term care planning issues, including Medicaid eligibility, and the coordination of local, state and federal benefits. She works closely with attorneys to supervise and assist department staff in the planning process and in providing ongoing analysis of regulatory and planning changes.

Karen served 26 years in the United States Army, where she completed basic, primary, and advanced leadership training. In 2005, she served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as the First Sergeant of the 14th QM Det, a water purification detachment based out of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. They were tasked with a mission that became 75 percent larger than their original combat mission, providing water that supported in excess of 40,000 Multi-National Corps-Iraq personnel in seven locations throughout Iraq. Patti Jo Turner is a Planning Specialist in the Williamsport office of Marshall, Parker & Associates. She has worked for the firm since 1998. During that time, Patti Jo has been responsible for numerous departments at Marshall, Parker & Associates including the areas of business development and estate planning. Before joining Marshall, Parker & Associates, she worked in the marketing and financial underwriting departments for the "Major Case Unit" at BISYS, formerly known as The Underwriter's Group (TUG).

In November 2007, Patti Jo became qualified as an Advance Health Care Planning Facilitator in accordance with the Respecting Choices program.
