Patti Jo Turner has been a Case Manager at Marshall, Parker & Associates since 1998. 

As part of the Gas Planning Team at Marshall, Parker & Associates, Patti Jo works with our attorneys and landowners to create a comprehensive estate plan that will help families protect their land and assets for future generations.  She has extensive experience assisting attorneys on estate planning cases that include business succession planning, LLCs and Family Limited Partnerships.

In addition to her role as a Case Manger, Patti Jo is also the firm’s Director of Staff Education. She is primarily responsible for identifying training needs within the firm and providing the appropriate support to ensure the highest-quality documents and consumer-friendly experience for each of our clients and professional referrals.

Patti Jo has her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Lock Haven University. Before joining Marshall, Parker & Associates, she worked in the marketing and financial underwriting departments for the "Major Case Unit" at BISYS, formerly known as The Underwriter's Group (TUG). In her spare time, Patti enjoys teaching Sunday School at her church and spending time with her family. E-mail Patti
