Attorney Tammy A. Weber
is the managing principal of Marshall, Parker & Associates. Attorney Weber was born and raised in Muncy, Pennsylvania and attended Lycoming College. She then moved to Philadelphia where she received her law degree from Temple University. While living in Philadelphia, Ms. Weber was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she was involved with major federal investigations and prosecutions. She was the recipient of the Department of Health & Human Services Inspector General's Integrity Award for the investigation and criminal conviction of the first Medicare money laundering seizure case in the country. Attorney Weber has also served as an adjunct professor at Saint Joseph's University Graduate Criminal Justice Program where she designed and taught a course on Law and Social Policy.
In 2001, Attorney Weber returned to the area and began to focus her practice on sophisticated estate planning and elder law. She is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation under Authorization of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The CELA certification, held by less than 50 attorneys in the state, requires an in-depth, working knowledge of the complex estate and long term care issues that landowners face once royalty checks become a reality.
Attorney Weber is an active member of various professional and community organizations. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Lycoming Law Association, Board of Directors for the Northcentral PA Estate Planner’s Council and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
In her spare time, Attorney Weber enjoys spending time with her daughter, Sarah, who is a junior at the University of Pittsburgh, playing the piano and cooking for her family.

Testimonials from our Clients…
“I was very satisfied with the prompt response I would get when I called your firm and needed an answer. It was nice to put your trust into a firm that got the job done. When you have issues that need outside help, it’s so reassuring when the firm you chose handles things professionally but still gives you the feeling of how much they care.”
